Sooo not cool dude. I'm sorry. That is definitely not right. I hope you don't feel bad at all. Maybe you should have an honest talk with him and tell him that he has pushed you to the point where he is not a friend, but a nuisance and should open his eyes to the inconvenience and the amount of anxiety he's causing you and that you aren't up for it and to just knock it off and leave you alone. I think that that might prove effective if he hasn’t gotten the picture already. He definitely needs you to spell it out for him.
